These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Linva Interiors website at linvainteriors.in, including its design resources, enquiry forms, Design Discovery Quiz, Interior Budget Calculator and other online features. They apply to website use only and do not replace a separate written agreement for an interior-design, renovation, execution or other project.

The Interior Budget Calculator provides an indicative planning estimate based on the information you enter and the assumptions used by the calculator. It is not a quotation, tender, contract price or guarantee of the final project cost.
Final pricing may depend on site measurements, design scope, materials, finishes, hardware, brand selections, structural or site conditions, labour, taxes, logistics and other requirements. A project-specific quotation or agreement will take precedence over any website estimate.
5. Design Discovery Quiz
The Design Discovery Quiz is intended to help you identify preferences and communicate an initial design direction. Quiz results are suggestions and do not constitute professional architectural, structural, engineering, electrical, plumbing or other technical advice.
6. Enquiries and consultations
Submitting a form, requesting a Free Home Visit or contacting us through WhatsApp does not by itself create a contract for design or execution services. We may contact you using the details you provide to discuss your enquiry, requirements, budget and next steps.
Any project scope, fees, payment schedule, timelines, deliverables, exclusions, warranty terms, cancellation terms and other commercial conditions will be governed by the applicable project quotation, proposal, work order or written agreement accepted by the parties.
7. User information
You agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate when submitting an enquiry or using an online feature. Please do not submit passwords, financial-account credentials, highly sensitive information or information belonging to another person without appropriate authority.
